I have to give Kickwho a lot of credit. There was an issue with the first pair I accepted through QC and the customer service representative was very honest about it. I was told that they'd get another pair ready for another QC. After accepting it, the shoes were shipped out. The shoes are flawless and I am very pleased with them. Kickwho did an awesome job of protecting the box, which I appreciate.
